The Indian Valley Education Foundation is a non-profit 501c3 organization supporting traditional public education in the Souderton Area School District. As a tax-exempt entity, the IVEF strictly adheres to IRS regulations prohibiting political activities. The IVEF does not endorse, support, or oppose political candidates or parties. The IVEF operates independently with its own Board of Directors and is not subject to or connected with the governance of the
Souderton Area School Board.
The IVEF focuses on serving our school community and advancing our charitable objectives with integrity and impartiality. Our commitment is to inclusivity and neutrality, ensuring our resources and programs are accessible to all.
